Its my second day taking this wheatgrass powder. It is very palatable- it tastes good! Like Abenaa suggested in her tiktok video, I am using a combo of organic red grapefruit juice and fresh orange juice (one of each), a banana, organic blueberries, then you can add anything you want like walnuts or brazil nuts, both high in protein. Today i added fresh arugula with the wheatgrass powder all in the blender.
So good! Its filling too! You feel that you have consumed something your body is really relishing.
Here is the special part, drink lots of water during the day and not a lot of greasy foods. When I looked at myself in the mirror last night, I was shocked. I looked so much better than I did when I woke up yesterday morning. Something is going on with this stuff. Let me know if you experience the same thing.
